Summary: Shower/tub backed up, called for maintenance, took way to long to get it fixed, also A/C in bar restaurant area was not working for days, with it being 2025, their is no excuse for the A/C to not be fixed in a short period of time, my guess is there is no HVAC maintenance done to prevent that from happening.
