"BAAN DAYA" is located on a corner lot with a private backyard offering stunning views of the surrounding limestone cliffs that flank Railei Beach Club. This house, in particular, is a special place for viewing stalactites and wildlife from the comfort of your private rear-facing deck. Railay Beach is only a 2-minute level walk on a sandy path. Water sports and restaurants are available along the beachfront and neighboring 'Walking Street'.
This wooden Thai-style house sits on stilts. The main living areas are upstairs, consisting of a master bedroom, living room (with a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed), kitchen area with bar stools, 1 1/2 bathrooms ‘open to the sky' and two large decks connecting all upper-level living areas. Downstairs, on the ground level, there is a guest suite with portable air-con, another bathroom and a wet bar. Baan Daya is priced for 4 people
