For evenings with friends, retreat to the home’s chic speakeasy bar, where you’ll find a poker table, smart TV, music, and even a high-top table for two—perfect for keeping the fun going indoors.
Outside, the home truly shines. The patio transforms into your private resort, featuring an outdoor covered bar with seating, a dining table for eight, and a grill for alfresco meals. Lounge on daybeds by the inground pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or soak in the hot tub under the desert stars. THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available. 2 cars can park in the driveway and 1 in the roundabout. Please note, the house does not have a garage.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located by the doorbell and actively monitoring the exterior entry, and (2) located at and actively monitoring the driveway.
• Pool heat can be added on for $100 per day, recommended October – May. We require the pool to be heated throughout the entire stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like to heat the pool. This is a 100% optional add on. It takes 20 hours to heat the pool to temperature.
• Long-term stays allowed.
A quick drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. Palm Springs is also known for its mid-century modern architecture and has the largest collection of preserved architecture in the world. The town has Art Deco style luxury rentals, funky design and architecture, tall palms, and mountain backdrops. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.
