Summary: 1) Given a smelly safety vest during travelling in boat. No point of dressing up nice and wearing perfumes as this smelly safety vest overpower your perfume. Its filthy to wven look at. 2) Not included hair dryer in our stay. 3) They prepared only one buggy for arrival to pick especially during midnight and others need to wait for dropoff instead of preparing 2 or more buggy to pickup as they knew everytime there will be large number people on arrival. 4) Cleanliness is not up to standard. 5) Boat departure and arrival timing are very limited especially for an island which comes with a lot of activities.
