A convertible sofa for 2 people suppl. in the living room, with Netflix big flat screen TV and unlimited free wifi, The fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and shower with porthole on the ceiling that brightens the room. An elevator, a parking space and a cellar on the ground floor to deposit your surf or windsurfing or other.
