THE SPACE
Apartment is located 20min walk or 10min bike ride from Prešernov trg and the old town. It's a peaceful neighborhood with lots of green areas and kids playgrounds around. Few bars, hair dresser and grocery store are under the building.
The apartment offers 41 square meters of comfort and relaxing. I am sure you'll love the balcony view with Ljubljana's castle in the background.
For a good night sleep, there's a comfortable double sized bed and additional retractable couch bed for a 3rd person. In case you are traveling with an infant I will install a cradle and a high chair for a comfort of your baby.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils needed for any food loving chef to prepare a delicious meal. In addition you'll get basic spices, instant soups, spaghetti, tea and coffee free to enjoy.
The bathroom is clean, well lit and equipped with all the necessities you might need: washer-dryer, hair dryer, iron, ironing desk, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, washing liquid, first aid, fresh towels.

The apartment is located right outside the strict center of Ljubljana, in a peaceful neighborhood, away from noise and crowds, but still close enough to be a part of a vibrant city center buzz.

Ljubljana, as any other major city has problems with parking spaces, so finding a parking spot every time you get home, can be an issue, being costly and time consuming.
So it's a great advantage having a parking lot in the apartment building. You'll park your car in the secure underground garage, so you can start your morning ride in a cooled car.

Ljubljana is great for biking and sightseeing. This way you'll spare your energy, see more sights and enjoy the experience of bike riding through old town. With bikes you can cover more of the city and green hills of the outskirts and be anywhere much faster.

GUEST ACCESS
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building, looking towards green areas below, with a view on the castle hill. There's an elevator in the building, so you don't need to use stairs. The parking spot is under the building.
EARLY CHECKIN - LATE CHECKOUT

For the early birds coming to town before 17:00 I can arrange an early luggage drop off, so you can leave your luggage secured and start exploring the city immediately on your arrival.
For late out birds, leaving after 12:00 I can arrange a late luggage pickup, so you can leave your luggage secured in the apartment and enjoy the easy stroll through the city until your departure.
LATE NIGHT ARRIVALS
Late arrivals are no problem, just let me know in advance!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
You have a free wireless broadband internet, Netflix service and two bikes free to enjoy. There is a security deposit of 400€ for the bikes will be reserved on your credit card. The deposit is returned to you 48h after your check-out. Apartment has all the amenities you need, including air-condition, coffee machine, washing-drying machine, cable TV and mini bar. The apartment has a possibility to accommodate a third person on a couch-bed and a baby cradle for the smallest.
Due to local laws, you have to send me a copy of your ID/passport documents with picture, name, surname, date of birth, place of birth, document number and full address included, so I can send the data to police and tourist office. The copy of legal documents is mandatory for all guests visiting Slovenia. You have to send me a valid copy of your documents with all the necessary data before your arrival, otherwise I'll have to cancel your reservation!
The tourist tax is included in the price.

Check-in is from 17:00 until 22:00, check-out is no later than 12:00. If you are going to use alternative times let me know before booking or no later than 24h after booking confirmation. Otherwise I can not offer you alternative check-in and check-out times and you'll have to respect the regular times. You have to be out of the apartment no latter than 12:00 including all your luggage and belongings packed.

It's in peaceful area just 15min away from all the city center happening. So if you are looking for a place to relax and catch a piece of mind or you wish to do sightseeing tours and party in the city center, this is the place to be.
GETTING AROUND
Best way to get around Ljubljana is bike, public bus transportation or taxi. You'll get two bikes, public bus cards and taxi numbers to get you around as quickly as possible.
WALK or RIDE?
Ljubljana is a perfect city to explore with bikes. You'll cover more grounds, see more sights and still have enough energy to party through the night.
BUS
You have good bus connections in front of the building. To use the bus services download android app "Urbana" from Play Store or use cards provided to you. Once you have your card get to the nearest "Urbanomat" and put on some money for bus rides (5€ should be enough). A bus ride is 1.20€ for 90min and you can change lines. After 90min from your first ride, you need to pay again for next ride.
TAXI
You have good taxi services in Ljubljana and as long as you use them to ride around the city it's cheap. The ride will cost you from 4-7€.
AIRPORT
Take bus (4€), shuttle (11€) or taxi (40€) for you transportation to or from the airport.
