Summary: The pro's are it is a great position. You can walk to everything from restaraunts to the ferry port etc. The bed is comfortable. You get a good view up the street of all the people walking around from the little balcony. The people running it are nice enough. The not so good. The cleaning was not good. We put the sign on the door in the morning. The cleaner took the wet towels and put fresh ones on the bed. No bed made or rubbish emptied or water/coffee refilled. Just towels replaced. I sent them 3 emails before i arrived and got not replies i wanted to upgrade. So in that respect lack of communication. You do have to walk up a set of stairs with your suitcase to get into reception. No help with that up or down.
