2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom below the main house on the property. Hot tub included! Separate entrance and outdoor space. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, desk, TV and bedroom 2 has a twin bed, desk, TV. The bathroom has a stall shower with a sink and toilet. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot included. There is not a kitchen in this unit. You have a separate entrance through the laundry room that is used by the host when not occupied by guests.
The hosts live upstairs with two dogs who are very sweet but do bark at new people.
Their is another rental unit on the property that has it's own space and outdoor space. There are no shared spaces in this unit.
The doors into the main house are locked from the host side. There are deadbolts on the laundry room door and the entrance into the rooms for guest security.

When you book please know that we are in the mountains and the WIFI is not like it is in the city. It is spotty and slow and works great some days but not others. If you are coming to work, it will be slow but you can pay to tap into the city wifi. This is $10 and I have never done it but a previous guest has.
