Positive: The hotel is located in the center! It was super convenient to move around, and just a 10 min walk from Kumamoto castle! The staff spoke great english! And were super helpful! We went there for our honeymoon stay and it was wonderful. They also atended our request for a quieter room! The public bath was amazing, very clean with all the amenities necessary. I didn’t need this because i brought it myself but they had tattoo covers for de bath! You can store your bags if you arrive before time! Would definetly repeat!!!
