Villa Ori is a holiday apartment including one entire floor for 8 people in the popular tourist destination of Istra. It offers high quality accommodation of 120 m2 private inner area, with a spectacular view, garden filled with colorful Mediterranean nature, private pool with outdoor hot/cold shower, table tennis playground with all equipment, badminton playground with all equipment, spacious backyard with large partly covered terraces and barbecue. All mentioned amenities are private only for you.
The backyard is an ideal place for resting and having fun with family or friends, terrace is equipped with large covered table for 8 people and barbecue on side. Complete backyard with pool is covered with night time lighting divided on 4 parts so you can light up any part separated and enjoy in romantic evening. There is a newly built pool rounded by large beach equipped with deckchairs, sunshades and hot/cold shower. Everything is carefully positioned so you can always see what your children is doing.
Ori is the name of house and nickname of the mistress who plants and cuddles every plant in the garden and pays attention to every detail. The house owner is a man who loves traditional Istrian walls. For the last 10 years he has had a lot of free time which he spent to build all the stone walls around the house, making sure that every piece of stone comes onto it's place. Therefore, every little detail is their idea and a product of their own handiwork and every new season they prepare something new in order to satisfy their passion.
The houseowners also live in Villa. Full privacy and intimacy are guarenteed by separate entrance, separate pathways and natural fences of laurel cherry trees and lavender. The owners are always availabe if you need some help and advice, your possibility to quickly contact the owner represents a particular advantage and additional security.

wifi, two air conditioning units, fridge (250 L), deep freeze (120 L), stove and oven, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee brewer, lcd tv, Dvd player, satellite receiver, iron with ironing board, baby bed & baby chair (on demand)

swimming pool (24 m²), pool beach (100 m²), parking for 3 Cars on site, landscaped garden (1200 m²), back terrace (60 m²), front covered terrace (30 m²), front uncovered terrace (25 m²), badminton playground with equipment, table tennis playground with equipment, swing suitable for kids 3-6 yrs garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers 8 pcs sunshades 3 pcs.
Usually if guests agree we like to take them around and we show them where are stored super makets, open markets, good restaurants, emergency, police, cultural and historical mounments, we gave them advise about evening events in town and etc.
For any other things host will be available for guests on mobile from 0-24h.
It's a small village nested on hill rounded with forests and meadows so anyone can take a walk or ride through and enjoy in landscapes of untouched nature.

Villa Ori is at a distance of 10 kilometers from Labin, 14 km from Rabac and 55 km from the International airport Pula. We suggest you if come by airplane to book your car on airport - rent a car on time, you will be secure and get better price. If you come by personal car Istra is one of the places with high quality traffic infrastructure and well connected with all Europe main traffic routes.

Summary: We arrived later than planned and then at two different times. This did not phase our hosts who were fantastic. They welcomed us and once they had been through the layout of the property left us to enjoy their home. Although they live in the basement apartment and the upstairs apartment they were totally separate and did not interfere with us at all but were available if we needed them at any time. The father offered to show us around local places of interest but we did not manage to do it and Danijel gave us some gps coordinates instead. These were great and we used these to find the beach etc.. The accommodation was perfect with 4 double rooms and two bathrooms. The main lounge had an aircon unit & the hall next to three of the bedrooms also had an aircon unit. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked well. In the Bathroom was a washing machine which was also very useful as we were trying to travel light. Any washing we could hang out and once on the washing line was dry in the morning as the sun covers the property for most of the day - including the pool. The BBQ on the patio was used regularly of an evening and allowed us to relax at the end of the day and enjoy the sound of the crickets. The towels and bed linen was changed for us during the week and nothing was too much for our hosts. We even had friends who were staying at a local campsite come over to the pool & BBQ a couple of times as there was plently of room. The children enjoyed the table tennis and badminton but the play equipment would suit younger children. Our hosts have really looked after the property and are constantly looking to improve and offer more features be reinvesting. A thouroughly good family holiday & we would happily recommend it to anyone wanting a taste of Croatia. Pula is a short drive & has a well preserved amphitheatre - worth a visit Water park Istralandia is over an hour away but if that is your thing then it is a good day out. Thank You so much
