The condo is ideally situated between the beaches of Tamarindo, Flamingo and Playa Grande (10 min drive). Being centrally located you have easy access to beaches, hiking, biking, zip lining, horseback riding and more, giving you a more authentic holiday experience. This gated community is located just off the main roadway on 31 acres of outdoor space which has a nature preserve and home of many species. There is 24 hour security with on-site property management, 2 infinity pools, a lap pool, a kiddie pool, tropical garden areas, sun decks, outdoor showers, and a beautiful waterfall entrance. The lush tropical gardens and sparkling swimming pools invite you to step out and enjoy the sunshine. Enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails in the afternoon under our cool 'palapa' while listening to Howler monkeys play nearby. Take advantage of the BBQ Rancho that is located steps from the condo and enjoy your vacation in paradise.
Our ground level luxury condo is nicely furnished with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. Inside, you’ll find a beautiful pool-view master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub, flat screen TV. Second bedroom (queen bed) with flat screen TV and main bathroom with large shower. The full kitchen includes everything you need to cook , microwave oven, full-size stove and refrigerator, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker etc.. The living and dining rooms furnishings include a sofa bed, dining room table, flat screen TV, two chairs.
Other amenities: Wireless Internet , A/C, cable TV, hot water, washer/dryer, dish washer. The condo is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with your convenience in mind.
