MAIN LIVING SPACE: With direct views of South’s scenic lake, the first-floor den centers around a sofa and pair of club chairs, all facing a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. Wrapped in white shiplap, this charming gathering space flows right into the kitchen, where a broad island has a trio of bar-height chairs.
