For hot desert summers & all-year round comfort - we have very thoughtfully designed the space to be as energy efficient, as possible for the comfort of our guests - nest/Lennox AC, new energy efficient windows and patio sliders, UV/heat blocking solar shades (allows natural light and privacy)/black out blinds, tile throughout, ceiling fans in all rooms and Sunbrella patio awning. Cooling and breathable bamboo or cotton percale bedding. Plus, the pools to cool down are all steps away!

We aim for all our guests to be comfortable and happy throughout their entire stay and are available for anything, as needed. A vacation with peace of mind!

POLICIES & HOUSE RULES
By staying at this property, all guests agree to comply with the full rental agreement policies and house rules. Upon booking, a rental agreement to be signed. Guests are responsible for adhering to all terms outlined therein. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
Primary guest must be over 25 years of age (due to local laws or HOA requirements). All guests must maintain their primary residence elsewhere and valid government issued ID's showing proof of primary address to be provided for all occupants before checking-in. Hosts will greet guests with-in 24-48 hours on site to review the house rules.
Important: No pets. No parties or loud noise (per palm springs city ordinance), this is a non- smoking and vaping property, no-illegal activity or substances. No mailbox access or mail forwarding (amazon packages OK). Agreed use of the ring doorbell camera (no tampering or covering) and temperature control guidelines.
Our beautiful community including all amenities/pool/spa areas are the responsibility of our HOA and board (and not the host).
Gardens are beautiful all-year round and the community has very well-maintained desert gardens. Flowers in the patio will bloom in-season (Jasmine and bougainvillea).
All bikes stored at this property are the responsibility of the guest(s) at their own risk and liability, per the rental agreement terms. Guest(s) must take full responsibility to ensure bikes are kept secure and locked/covered at all times when not in use (and the patio gate locked).
