MAIN FEATURES: Refreshing pool with water features and kiddie deck for daytime fun, lights and trickling water for nighttime fun. The outdoor living area has a full kitchen with a wrap around bar, dining table/chairs, comfy sectional seating area with flat screen tv to watch your favorite shows, covered patio with misters, sound system, loungers and umbrellas and outdoor shower! Inside enjoy two comfortable family rooms with flat screen tv's, a gas fireplace and wet bar. The master bathroom has a soaking tub & walk-in shower, flat-screen TVs in each bedroom, formal dining table.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ granite counters, stainless steel appliances, eat in bar, blender, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster.
GENERAL: Computer work station, linens/towels, full laundry room, ceiling fans in every room, central air conditioning/heat, secure gated community. Pets are welcome with an additional deposit of $300.00 per pet.
