Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! Just 15 minutes from Downtown Spokane, Fairchild AFB and Eastern Washington University, this home is in an ideal location for those that wish to be close to everything but still feel remote.
We have enjoyed many hours relaxing and collecting our thoughts as we look out over the lake! We're excited to share our relaxing home with people who are looking for a convenient get-a-way but still close to everything around Spokane.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood of a few houses along the lake front. The road in front of the house is a 35mph road with light traffic. Plenty of parking in the driveway or next to the driveway. Best way to get around is with a personal vehicle or Uber/Lyft.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, three on the main level and one in the basement, there are additionally two bunk beds in the basement for additional guests. On the main level is the kitchen, living room, laundry room with washer & dryers. Guest bathroom is just across the hallway from two of the bedrooms and the master bedroom has it's own private bathroom.
In the basement we have a TV, couch with coffee table and a couple of relaxing chairs. There is also a Foosball table and an additional tall table with two tall chairs. There is also a table and office chair if you need a workspace.

Summary: I can't thank Ryan enough for all of the wonderful opportunities this lake house had to offer for our family. Reservation process, communication before, during, and after our stay was easy and prompt. There was enough parking for all 3 of our vehicles including utility trailers carrying our side by sides and quads. Riverside State Park is only a half hour away. The house had enough room for our 3 generation family gathering. The yard is large and was perfect for our Easter egg hunt. The view through the large windows from multiple rooms was so beautiful. Private access to the lake is a short walk from the house through the backyard. A return to this lake house is something we would definitely consider in the future. Thank you for keeping these types of vacations affordable for families.
