Summary: We came out for some golf and Cactus League action. The condo was very comfortable with lots of space. It was a great location with a nice walk or a minuscule drive to Old Town Scottsdale. It was also easy access to the 101. Check in was simple and the communication from the owner could not have been better or more helpful. Convenient parking space and a short walk up. The weather was cool with some rain, so we didn't get to utilize the hot tub or the pool. FYI, there is no central A/C between October and May, so if you encounter a hot day, there is only A/C in the master BR. This was not an issue for us because of the unseasonable cold and rain. The kitchen was well stocked with fresh coffee and some basics, along with donations from past guests. The living and dining area has plenty of space and was very comfortable. The balcony is highlight of the unit.
