Enter your own personal and private residence to enjoy the company of your friends and loved ones in peace. Ample space to enjoy the home, Sanitized and clean home with freshly sanitized bedding from a secondary laundry facility. Our home boasts of 4 large bedrooms and 5 queen size beds (mattresses are 1 year old and sanitized after each guest stay!). Each bedroom is made up with fresh sanitized bedding (Fitted sheet, duvet and duvet cover plus pillows and pillowcases, as well as Two bath towels per bed. We have two bathrooms, one on each level of the home. The upper level is nice and spacious boasting a bathtub/shower combination and the lower level is a stand in shower. Lower level does have a lower ceiling (6.5 ft) in the bathroom. We provide Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash and hand soap for your stay! Our beautiful open concept Kitchen /Dining room provides ample space to host those beautiful family dinners. Our Kitchen is prepared with all your basic cooking needs, including dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans and some serving dishes. We have both a Keurig and drip coffee maker for you use and provide some coffee and tea for your stay. There is cooking oil, salt and pepper also in the kitchen for your use. We also boast a large living room with two couches (one is a pull-out couch), and two Chairs plus a smart tv that allows you to connect with most of the aps you have subscriptions for. In the lower level there is a second living room, smaller but comfortable. A great place for a board game or two. Our outdoors is a place to unwind and enjoy the ample views of our beautiful lake. We do not have direct access to the lake yet due to no stairs down to the beach, however the beach entrance is only a few moments' walk from our home. Our backyard boasts of a propane BBQ for your enjoyment, a seasonal outdoor couch sitting area, Gas fire table with chairs (all year), A 5-man Hot tub facing the beautiful, picturesque Lakeview's, and a private full pool, heated to 83 degrees (the pool is season and is open from June until the end of September). 1. No parties/events (no exceptions)
2. No more than 12 adults on the property at any time
3. No loud noise/music outdoors after 9pm, and noise from inside should not be heard outdoors after this time (this is a local bylaw)
4. No smoking indoors or near entrances/windows, please
5. No more than 4 cars in the driveway (Two in the garage and two in the driveway)
6. No street parking. The city will have you towed. (Strictly enforced bylaw)
7. We allow our furry friends, but please clean up after them :)
8. Luggage drop off or late pick up is available for a fee of $100.00 WHEN POSSIBLE. Must be pre-arranged with our host a minimum of 3 days prior and is based on availability.
9. Prior to checking out, please turn the dishwasher on and take any garbage accumulated during your stay and place it in the cans, located inside the garage.
This is NOT a party house, this property is located in a family-oriented neighborhood, filled with children and permanent residents. We only look to host individuals looking for a quiet retreat who will respect our home and our neighbors.
We are on a NO WARNING POLICY, so if the neighbors complain about disruptions or excessive noise after 10pm it will void the contract and all guests will be asked to leave without refund. We want you to enjoy your stay, but also maintain the peace in the neighborhood so future guests can also enjoy their stays :)
