Positive: The location is great. Also the neighborhood. The pool looked nice and clean, but didn't had the chance to try it, as I needed to leave earlier that scheduled. The parking place is also very good and important if you travel by car, is difficult to park around. We had a personal issue which forced leaving earlier that we contracted, and the owner was nice enough to call us to ask if there were issues.

Negative: The worst was that they informed us that we need to bring our own sheets and towels in the morning of the check-in date, when we were already on the road, so we needed to pay a serious amount of money to buy these things on the spot. This information is crucial and have to be available on the property description upfront. There is no internet available. This is specified in the property description, was our fault that we didn't saw it, but was a huge pain. The beds are horrible, sorry. Cracking and squeaking at every move, is impossible to sleep quietly there. The bunked beds (I understand that are supposed to be for kids, but anyhow...) are very close one of the other, creating a claustrophobic sensation for the bottom bed user and and a very insecure sensation for the top one, which looks very fragile. The main bedroom has the lights and power sockets connected on the same circuit, so if you put your phone to charge then go to sleep turning off the lights you will have the unpleasant surprise to have the telephone not charged in the morning.

Summary: With investments and renovation, this location can be a real paradise, but now is mediocre at best.
