This fully furnished lake front home is located in the exclusive Eden Isle resort community on beautiful Greers Ferry Lake just outside the charming town of Heber Springs AR. A perfect spacious place to relax with expansive views of the lake from the living room, dining room, kitchen, den, playroom and master bedroom. A screened porch and large patio also overlook the lake. Walk 50 yards out the back door and you are at the water’s edge. Eden Isle Marina is only a block away, where boat rentals are available. The Red Apple Inn and Country Club is 5 minutes away offering golf, tennis and a spa along with dining options. Just 10 minutes away is the town of Heber Springs where movies, bowling, restaurants and shopping are all available. 15 minutes away is trout fishing on the Little Red River. This is the perfect place to relax with family and friends for a long weekend or a full weeks break from a hectic life.
The home features 3 spacious living areas, a large living room and den on the main level with a big playroom downstairs. There is a flat screen TV in the den which can be viewed from the kitchen and dining room. The playroom has a large TV as well, and each bedroom has its own small TV. There is a stereo system for the living/den/kitchen/dining area, and the house has wireless Internet.
The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The other 2 bedrooms on the main level feature a king bed and a queen bed with a 2nd bath across the hall. Downstairs is a 4th bedroom with another queen bed and twin bunk beds and the 3rd bath. The home has comfortable beds for 10. With the playroom, bedroom and bath downstairs, it’s the perfect arrangement for a family with kids needing their own space. The fully stocked kitchen is well appointed with a double oven, dishwasher and trash compactor and open to the main living areas. There is a dining table that seats 8-10 and a nearby game table seating 4 more. There are 2 refrigerators and a freezer with a large laundry room. The screen porch off the main level has a table with 4 chairs, a rocker and love seat for enjoying a view of the lake with coffee or desert. The patio downstairs has 2 tables with 4 chairs each, a lounger and a hammock. The house is also handicap accessible. There is a 2 car garage and gas golf cart with a rear seat available for use around the resort. A boat can be tied up behind the house or slips are available for rent from the nearby marina.
