Positive: Excellent location with the large balcony looking directly at the ocean. Plenty of space with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a bonus bathroom in the service area.
Negative: We rented during the spring. Be aware there is no air-conditioning in the dining room, living room, and kitchen areas. There is only air in the three bedrooms. It could get pretty warm in the summer. Another item to consider, and this is no fault of the apartment: there is a very busy two-lane highway between all apartments at this beach and the beach. Crossing is not a problem, but it can be a little noisy in the apartments right in front of the beach, like this one.
