Summary: This location has a lot to offer, we enjoyed our stay - the pool area has a lot of great qualities. Our hosts were great at responding to any of our needs. I rented this location for the outdoor space with the heated pool as we were from Wisconsin and looking for the sun and warmth during our winter months. I would have liked to see that the pool area was organized and clean of leaves & needles when we arrived, as from that point it would have been our responsibility to keep it clean. However, the pool area had over a 55 gallon garbage can of leaves & needles that we cleaned up in order to use this space as we wanted. Additionally there are many items that are in need of repair or tossing in the pool area - the pool deck needs repair as the cement is chipping. If renting this location the pool should have a railing for entry. The game room was not very clean and had a lot of clutter items in it. It would also have been to have an instruction book on what items you wanted renters to do and how to operate all the electronics that are through-out the house. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
