This unique place is ready for work or play! Descend your private entrance to find a spacious basement living area, equip with infrared sauna and leather sofa to relax and unwind! Opposite the bedroom is an office (or extra bedroom) with a queen bed disguised as a bean bag chair! A kitchenette is included with microwave, fridge/freezer, and k-cup coffee machine. Washer/dryer also available downstairs, upon request.
Private entrance with keypad on side of house, through gate to backyard. Must be able to descend 1/2 flight stairs to access living space. Walk-in shower and bedroom with queen bed and double dresser. Small office space includes bean bag chair which turns to queen bed, with sheets and blankets in closet! I live upstairs which is 1/2 flight up from side entrance. Additional door to upstairs area will be locked, but I am available if needed. Outside door will auto lock after several minutes!
Entire basement living area is included in the listing. Two small rooms in the downstairs hallway may be shared, but will be locked unless otherwise arranged. Backyard may be shared as I have a (friendly and quiet) husky mix.
Please park directly in front of the house on the street. All guests should be included in booking. I’m still relatively new to hosting, but want you to enjoy a 5-star stay! If there’s absolutely anything you need/want/think would improve the space, please don’t hesitate to let me know immediately! I have a flexible schedule and very responsive.
Do not consume alcohol or exercise in the infrared sauna. ***use at own risk and drink water while in the sauna*** Contact individually for inquiries regarding pets. Pet policy, with prior approval only, will be pets must be contained in crate provided by dog owner when guests are gone from the home. I am agreeable to discussing rates for dog sitting, but otherwise dogs left unattended will incur $200 fee. Additional cleaning fees would also be assessed for issues. But, again, pets are only allowed with prior approval so please message me directly. Thank you.
