Summary: Staff was not accommodating at all. Out of all of our stops in Thailand, this resort was by far the our least favourite and the least friendly. We had some sort of large rodent living in our attic that squealed and scratched most of the night and the resort staff told us they couldn’t do anything about “nature”.
