Welcome to our retro design 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex nears the Zoo, and Science museum. Our home features chic and vintage decor, creating a unique and comfortable atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of our fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV with streaming services. Perfect for short or long-term stays, our home is the ideal home base for exploring the area.

There is 2 dedicated parking spot on the left of the driveway. One will be under the car port and other please park behind it. Please don't park on the right of the driveway.
There is a backyard but it will be shared with other unit. You will need to access from the side of the house.
Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.
Same day booking will be notified of the new check in time as it might not be ready at the time you book.
Please add your pet in the reservation if you plan to bring them and we do have security camera in front of the house to monitor.
We have just done the renovation with the house so there is still some paint smell, especially in the bath room.

We do PEST control monthly but it’s Oklahoma and we often get ants, insects visit the house, especially during the rain or storm. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notice during cleaning time sessions, they always try their best to remove them. We follow a cleaning procedure and guideline but we could not control this issue completely. If you notice ants or some inspects, please find the spray bottle under the sink.
The weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house but we can not guarantee to adjust them at a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will result in damage to the Heat & Cool unit and you will be responsible for it.

-Please add your pet in the reservation (We just allow Dog only) if you plan to bring them. The fee is $35 per dog/per stay.
- We will give 1 set of towels per person, the 2nd set needs to be requested 24 hours before checking time. After the 2nd will be $20 per set
- Early check in at 2pm or late check out at 1pm is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment.
- Please check for all of your personal belongings before check out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a fee of $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you.
- If you don’t leave our property by 11:00am (unless late check out has been approved), you will be charged a late check out fee of $40 as we have to pay extra for the cleaning team for their wait time or reroute them.
Please message us on the platform for a faster response. We don't have 24/7 services hour. Please expect a slow response after 9pm.
The house is located in Paseo the Art District that get the quick access to entertainment and the highway.
You can have access to this space ( Unit A) with private entrance.
You will receive an access code in the check in instruction that will be a passcode for the lockbox.
