Positive: The hotel building was very beautiful, and the room was very spacious, nicely designed, and comfortable. The staff were also very polite and friendly.

Negative: At 9:30 pm we went to the lounge to order something to eat, but we were told that dinner service was already over, and there was not even a sandwich or any simple food available to order. In my opinion, this is a big drawback for a 5-star hotel. The bathtub drained very slowly, which made showering uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast could have been better.
