The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. Step outside to the deck, which features a barbeque, dining table, and a private hot tub - the ideal spot to unwind. This tri-level townhouse offers four well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable bedding and flexible sleeping accommodations. A heated double-car garage provides ample storage for bikes, ski gear, and additional driveway parking.
The Selkirks subdivision is 3 minutes away from the base of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, 15 minutes away from the town of Golden, British Columbia and 20 minutes to the Golden Sky Bridge Adventure Park. If you’re looking to explore, we are surrounded by six National parks; Banff, Yoho, Kootenay, Glacier, Revelstoke and Jasper.

Summary: Excellent location but not exactly ski in and ski out . You need to walk about 2 mins to end of street then you can jump in a trail to ski down to base area . Similarly at end of ski day you need to head to base of the Pioneer chair then walk across a parking log and street then you can ski down a path to end of street and then walk the last 2 minutes .Overall it is very close but not true ski in ski out.The house is large but furniture needs updating as the faux leather is flaking off all seating surfaces . The hot tub was amazing but needs some maintenance which will hopefully be fixed soon as we notified host who promptly responded . Great host communication!!!
