There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
POOL/SPA/SAUNA: No additional pool heat available, however there are solar covers on the pool help to heat up naturally. The spa can be heated up to 103 degrees for no additional charge. There is no charge to use the sauna as well. To ensure your safety and enjoyment, guests must complete a liability waiver before utilizing the equipment.
