Positive: I liked the location — especially for the ski season, it’s absolutely perfect. The breakfasts were excellent, and the rooms were quite good as well. Overall, the hotel has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Negative: The only thing that felt very strange was that there was no iron in the room, and you can’t borrow one from the reception either. If you need to iron something, you must pay for the service. I find this quite unusual, as I don’t recall encountering this in other hotels. It’s one thing if I want a special laundry or pressing service, but I don’t like being forced into a paid option simply because the hotel doesn’t provide a basic iron for guests.
