Summary: Was not the best stay considering the price you pay. Staff do not communicate well with each other, several key things were overlooked/delayed during our stay. Additionally, the road to get to the hotel is horrendous due to the incomplete road construction. Appreciative that the manager was able to look after us after we expressed our feedback, however we would not be recommending this hotel or will be staying again considering the number of alternatives in Banff at much better prices.
