The property is 15 minutes from Sewanee, the University and endless miles of trails for hiking, biking, and exploring. Located just 15 minutes from Sewanee and the University of the South, guests can explore miles of hiking and biking trails before returning to a tranquil, retreat-style setting.
This 15-acre secluded property contains a large cabin house, a studio space, and a tiny house with private bathrooms & an outdoor kitchen.
The Main House has 3 private rooms with bath tub, hot shower and bathroom connected to each room. Two rooms share one bathroom, and the Master has a private full bath with a balcony overlooking the bluff and sounds of the babbling brook just out the window.
The "Little Lodge" contains 4 private single rooms - fully furnished, each with a twin bed, cozy rugs and plush bedding. It is connected to the main house, and hot showers and restrooms are indoors, just down the hallway. It has an additional porch attached to enjoy the sounds of nature.
Our cozy tiny home can be used as a bathhouse offers additional sleeping with 1 full bed and 1 bunk. It provides a full kitchen and two full bathrooms.
This space can sleep 14 people with sharing beds, there is one pull out couch located in the living room that can sleep an additional 2 guests for a total of 16 comfortably.
