We LOVE the Farmhouse design theme that runs through this first floor 1,000 square foot luxury apartment. This checks all the boxes. No steps for those who want easy outside access to take the pup out or simply save the knees. Open concept kitchen to dining to living room with a real wood burning fireplace gives this place a great layout. We have a large comfy sectional couch, eat in dining table, kitchen is updated with granite countertops and farmhouse look.
Master bedroom has an additional half bath and features a king bed and ample closet space. Second bedroom has a cozy fireplace media center and both bedrooms have their own TVs.
