Start a competitive game of pool, ping pong or shuffleboard all while enjoying a drink from the dry bar or sitting back to watch a movie on the big screen.

The downstairs patio space will not disappoint. Grill a sizzling steak in the exterior or enjoy plenty of green space down to the waterfront. End the night at the built in fire pit for s’mores and hours of conversation. Lay out a towel to sun bathe or if a competitive atmosphere is sought after play a round of corn hole or one of the many yard games. Tie up a boat (seasonal) for the weekend or catch a break from the sun off the upper primary suite balcony.
