Condo is fully stocked, Plasm TV, WiFi, Keurig coffee maker, and every essential you need to make your stay comfortable. Unit also come with a parking spot however public transit is great in Portland and a car is not always necessary.
**There is a 30 night minimum on this property due to my HOA rules, however it is best to reserve for 31 nights as Multnomah county requires a 12% lodging tax for stays of 30 nights or less.
The Pearl district is one of Portland’s most desirable neighborhoods. Home to some of the city’s best restaurants, art galleries, and shopping there is always something to do. Portland has one of the largest Parks in the world Forest park a hike through here and you can easily forget you are in a city.
**We have recieved some noise complaints from renters due to new neighbors that moved in next door and above. These complaints have been addressed with the offenders and I belive have been resolved. I have reduced our summer rates from $4,200/month due to the risk of some disturbances. However I have stayed at the condo the past two weekends with no issues.
