Positive: Very clean comfortable great location nice bed linen We found the lift from 1-2 useful rather than stairs
Negative: Shower difficult to get in and out if you have bad knees like me not enough rails and needs larger bath mat in the bath Finding it and being told last minute to pick up key at another address (relies on good use of phone and internet) No key provided for refuse cupboard Balcony very noisy and not useful Plates and mugs chipped need replacing Would have been nice to meet someone face to face
