Positive: Very nice decorated apartment. Nice beds and showers
Negative: Did not like the location. It was at the back of the Resort andcwss far away from all amenities. Also, the selection of the provided cooking pans was very sparse. Likewise, we found the management company very hard to contact by phone when the property's TV system kept breaking down. The management't company's phone system kept closing down when you selected leave a message on no. 5 of their menu. Also, we did not like the Nuki security/entrance system. The link with the entrance code kept breaking down on the day you are entering it. It is very stressful to contact a person at the management company to open the front door of a property after hours. Terrible system and absolute rubbish for paying guests entering a property. This is the 4th Resort Choice property we have rented in the last two years that we have had problems with the Nuki system. Also, they were completely tearing/gutting out an apartment 2 doors down on the same floor. Extremely noisy jack hammering, etc. and pounding the.wholevduration of our stay . Also, very noisy garden works being completed below us. It gave us all bad headaches. Would not have rented this property if we had known of these above works.
