As the rolling tide of the ocean washes up against the shores, arriving guests will be welcomed to the property by a beautiful, 2-story aqua façade with white accent railings and window frames. Easily pull into the 2 ground-level parking spots, one in the driveway, and one under the house, accompanied by a gas grill and seating—ideal for cooking up the day's fresh catch. Don't forget to use the outdoor shower to clean off sandy feet before entering the home after a day at the beach. A staircase leads to the front porch with comfortable seating to admire the stunning views. We also include a beach cart, 7 beach chairs, and 2 bicycles with the property.
Inside is a warm and inviting first-floor great room, perfect for entertaining. Host guests on a plush sofa or 2 matching armchairs to enjoy quality time together or turn on the 65” TV with surround sound and enjoy a movie night. Feel right at home in the adjacent dining area, surrounded by windows with beams of sunlight streaming onto the 6-seat dining table and nearby 3-stool breakfast bar. With a fully-equipped kitchen that includes ample counter space and Frigidaire appliances, it's easy to prepare a home-cooked meal.
Upstairs, guests can retire to the second-floor accommodations, featuring 3 bedrooms—1 primary bedroom with access to a private balcony and seating, and 2 guest bedrooms. The guest bedroom located across from the master has a queen and a twin bed. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. All with incredible ocean views!
