The house
Sacavea is a more than 100 year old restored cottage in typical Mallorcan style. The house has ordered a total area of 200 sqm on two floors. From the hall there is access to a small seating area with sofa and a wood stove. Nearby is the spacious open plan living / dining area with access to the covered terrace, pool area and the kitchen. The well equipped kitchen with breakfast table has access to the covered terrace. The ground floor has a bedroom, a separate bathroom and utility room with washing machine. From the hall a staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms. A double room and two single rooms sharing two separate bathrooms. There is a spacious terrace overlooking the pool, which both can be accessed from out of gear as well as from one of the twin from.

Outdoor facilities
The grounds are very nice and spacious designed with palms, olive trees and lawn near the pool, ideal for children to play and run. A nice swimming pool (11 mx 6 m, depth min 1m - 2.10m max) with integrated Jacuzzi and roman steps, an outdoor shower, a spacious pool terrace with sun loungers invite you to enjoy the long sunny summer days. On the back of the house, next to the kitchen is a covered terrace, which invites you with a table and chairs for dining 'al fresco' overlooking the pool. A ping pong table provides sporty pleasure for the whole family. In a corner of the garden is the brick barbecue. The property is fully fenced and provided with a entry gate.
