The Cabin at Fox Ridge is a charming log cabin located approximately 25 miles from Tulsa, OK in the small town of Coweta.
The cabin is nestled on 160 gated acres surrounded by two stocked lakes, hiking trails, open fields and woodlands. It offers a remote and peaceful experience free from distractions, with three bedrooms, one full bath, and a full kitchen.
The Cabin at Fox Ridge is the perfect escape, with an excellent location that will allow you to easily enjoy a variety of activities.
Your reservation includes full use of the entire cabin, the outdoor fire pits/grill/picnic area, fishing and swimming in the private lakes, both firepits, hiking trails, playground, and so much more!
Even though we are located in the country, we do have extremely fast 5G Wifi.
The cabin is two stories, with the second floor reached via stairs. The main floor includes a living room, master bedroom, guest bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, and washer/dryer.
On the second floor, the loft bedroom will accommodate up to 3 for sleeping.
Each bedroom has its own dresser and closet area. We provide linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, dish soap, paper towels, and an initial supply of laundry detergent.
In total, the property has 4 beds, two of which are double beds. Our guest occupancy limit requires that at least one of the double beds be occupied by 2 people when at full occupancy. Couches are for day use only, and we ask that guests do not plan to make use of the couches as beds, because we are unable to wash cushion covers between stays like we do bedding. If your group needs separate beds for every guest in a group of 7, then this may not be the right property for you.
The kitchen includes seating for 6, and has an electric range, oven, and microwave. It is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, can opener, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is plenty of cabinet space for food and storage. We provide napkins, cooking oil, salt and pepper for seasoning, and creamer/sweeteners for your morning coffee.
There's a washer/dryer (including initial supply of detergent and dryer sheets) and more cabinet space, with iron and small ironing board.
The front porch runs the full width of the cabin, overlooking the firepit and the surrounding area. Plenty of chairs and tables provide comfortable outdoor lounging space where you can enjoy coffee on a cool morning or watch the sun go down. The porch also provides the perfect vantage point from which to observe wildlife like deer, turkeys, and a variety of birds.
A fire pit in the yard are the perfect way to end the day, stargazing or roasting marshmallows.
Both of our 10 acre private lakes are stocked with Bass and Bluegill.
There are over six miles of hiking trails that run throughout the property.
The property is easily reached by paved state highways. The cabin is reached via gravel driveway.
Parking is allowed in the driveway and surrounding gravel areas.
Due to insurance purposes, no hunting or guns are allowed on the property. Sorry!
