Rustic hand-built 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin on a private 3 acre lot with all natural wood construction, tastefully modern updates and cozy décor. This unique home backs up to endless forests part of Stanislaus National Forest and is home to all kinds of native California wildlife. Only 35 minutes from Yosemite National Park entrance on Hwy 120, and conveniently located 14 miles from Downtown Groveland, Historic Coulterville and local swimming holes like Diana Falls, Rainbow Pool and Bower Caves.
This cabin comfortably accommodates up to Eight guests, making it ideal for a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or a peaceful retreat with friends. The interior is thoughtfully designed, featuring a warm and inviting living area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms , and modern bathrooms. Curl up with a book by the fire, cook delicious meals together, roast s'mores by the fire pit or stargaze from the large private deck.

The surrounding woods offer opportunities for hiking, bird-watching, and stargazing. Don't let rain ruin a good time. ☀No smoking anywhere on the property
☀Only dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for a maximum of 2 dogs. While we allow dogs as part of your stay, we kindly ask that they remain off of all furniture.
☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings unless approved prior to booking.
☀ Must be at least 25 years old and ID Verified to book
☀ Please report any damages that occur during stay, we understand that accidents happen. We just want to ensure things are fixed during your stay or prepared for the next guest.

☀There is a gated fence at the top of our property line. Please do not enter this private property. Any guests caught trespassing may be asked to leave.
Other things to Note
☀Shoes off in the house please, we love nature but like it where it is (outside). There is a storage cubby in the entry way for shoes and a rubber mat for other wet or muddy articles. If traveling with pets, please use a towel to wipe their paws when it's wet out. Our carpets and hardwood will thank you.
☀Our cabin's primary heating source is our large wood burning stove. We can pre-stack the logs for a quick setup prior to check-in upon request and advance notice. We also have small electric space heaters in each bedroom.
☀We are on septic, please do not flush anything other than the provided toilet paper down the toilet.
☀Please clean up after your pets. We've provided a pooper-scooper for you to use.
☀No smoking anywhere on the property including vaping.
☀Please be respectful of our neighbors, they may be a thousand feet away but it's quiet here and sound travels.
☀Do not leave any fires unattended for any reason. We live in an extreme wild fire danger area. Even accidental wild fires are punishable by law and can include fines up to $10,000 and 6 months in jail. (Don't be that person)
☀Watch your children and pets at all times, this is Bear country and we have spotted Mountain Lions in the area.
☀Do not leave food in your vehicles as Bears may find it tempting. Leave ground-floor windows and doors closed when cabin is unattended to prevent wildlife breaking and entering.
☀Trash Day is Wednesday morning. If you are staying with us during this time, please set out the trash bin and make sure your vehicles are not blocking the driveway so the truck can pick it up.
☀We do have two (2) outdoor security cameras on the property. These are located at the front driveway and near the Main Entrance to the cabin.
✱ We strongly urge you to consider purchasing travel insurance, now offered by VRBO. Illness, road conditions, flight changes, etc. can all impact travel plans and we’d hate for you to lose out if something happens.
