The house finished building in January 2017 and has been developed by a Swiss architect from Geneva (Daniel Rouge). Based on a really open space and close to nature aspect, it offers a great comfortable but simple mood. Really secluded ... you won’t be disturbed by any noise rather than the local birds & little monkeys (they often comes morning and dusk).
The Space:
The house can sleep up to 10-13 people and is really comfortable for 8 to 10. 2 bungalows that can sleep up to 3 each and one apartment that can sleep up to 4, one Chalet Suisse that can sleep 3, one guest toilet bathroom, big chill out lounge, dinner space, bar, working desk, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and large storage space. Recently added the state of the art Churascaria with a pizza oven and fridge space.

You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Other Things to Note:
The price includes staff for cleaning of rooms and general area as well as pool and garden plus breakfast everyday.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, pre-approval required.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* No glass near the pool. In case a glass breaks inside of it, a R$ 2.000 penalty will be applied
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
