Positive: The house is right on a beautiful lake, walk out the back sliders right to the little beach. The house is located about 10-15 minutes from Frankfort, a beautiful beachfront town, but nothing close by, so you have to drive to get to anything. The house is obviously very recently fully remodeled, every interior inch of it, and it is beautifully clean and neat. Beds very comfortable, bedrooms have individual climate control. Bikes, inflatable kayaks, and paddleboards in garage. Brand new appliances. Very very nice house.
