Spectacular town house in the center of Portocolom, near the sea and with several terraces where you can enjoy the good weather. It has capacity for 2 people.
The house offers several terraces and porches on several levels to be able to enjoy your meals outdoors and even see the sea from the top terrace.
The interior has been completely renovated with a simple and modern style and with all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen-living-dining room that has a Smart - TV, ceramic hob and a table for 4 people. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are the 2 bedrooms with double beds and another bathroom with a shower. On the 2nd floor you have a glazed porch and exit to the terrace. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And if you travel with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair.

The closest beach is Cala Marçal, 1.8 km from the accommodation, with fine sand and crystal clear waters and with all services.
