Positive: Great place for two families of five to stay. The kids LOVED IT and enjoyed the pool for hours! The property features five bedrooms, including one conveniently located by the pool. The kitchen has excellent potential, and there's private parking for one car, with additional free parking nearby. The host was VERY NICE and attentive and responded promptly to any questions or needs.
Negative: The cleanliness could have been better; there were crumbs on the main sofa, under the sheets in the rooms, and behind the main door. The property could use some care and maintenance; several things either didn't work or only worked partially. The guest toilet faucet was barely functional, and some of the TV remotes were not working. The outdoor room had a bad odor, likely from water leakage over the winter. The pool's filter needs replacing, and the outdoor shower requires some repairs. Kitchen utensils, like pans, are in need of replacement. While the garden is pleasant, I would recommend removing the fake flowers as they detract from the overall atmosphere. The bathroom in the outdoor room should be fixed since water leaks all over, not staying within the shower area. Additionally, some bathroom fixtures are rusted and need to be replaced.
Summary: Kids loved it. Adults a bit less.
