KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
A beautifully minimalist and light space, with floor-to-ceiling windows along the back wall, looking out to the garden beyond. The room comprises a seating area, with sofas, armchairs and coffee table, next to the dining table and chairs, with industrial-style lights hanging above.
The kitchen is sleek, with white fittings and marble worktop. It is fully equipped with high-spec amenities, including an induction hob on the kitchen island.
UTILITY ROOM
The utility room is adjacent to the kitchen and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a Belfast sink. A door leads out to the garden.
GARDEN
The large garden includes a slate paved area, with seating, as well as a lawn beyond. The space is surrounded by lots of plants and trees.

A spacious bedroom decorated in grey velvet. There is a super-king size bed in the centre, with bedside tables either side. There is a large mirror and wardrobe for storage.
This leads through to the en-suite, with freestanding, chrome bathtub, two basins and a walk-in shower.
THIRD BEDROOM
On the top floor, is a further bedroom with a King size bed, as well as a desk with chair in the window.
FOURTH BEDROOM
The fourth bedroom includes a single bed, with trundle single bed underneath- so can sleep 2 guests. There is also a wardrobe and chest-of-drawers.
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a bath, with shower attachment, WC and basin.
FIFTH BEDROOM
With a single bed, and trundle single bed underneath. This room is spacious, with toys, beanbags and a chest of drawers.
