Summary: I was unable to communicate with anyone regarding the flat. On the Friday before we left for our holiday we had heard nothing regarding entry into the house. When I eventually found a phone number I was told that the flat we had booked was no longer available! This surprised me as it was still being advertised, We were told other accommodation would be available. I hadn’t heard anything so on the Saturday morning I had to ring again. We were given the address but no other details. We arrived but couldn’t find the place. We asked 2 people neither of whom knew. When we eventually found it it was difficult to get into. We were up 2 flights of stairs! When Tawfiq came he wanted a large sum of money for a damage deposit. The apartment was not fully equipped! There was only 1fork in the kitchen! I will be expecting my deposit back as there was a lot of damage to the flat of which I informed Tawfiq immediately we noticed them. I won’t be recommending your firm to anyone as there is too much worry and hassle before the holiday. June Littlemore
