A short walk to beautiful Forresters Beach. Saltwater has everything you need for a great getaway. You will be a short drive to Terrigal Beach, Restaurants and Cafes. Also, not far from Erina Fair Shopping Centre.
THE SPACE
Saltwater at Forresters Beach is a great open plan home all on one level. When you enter into the open plan space you will find two living areas and the kitchen and dining.
To the right and down the hall are three bedrooms. Two with single beds with trundles and one main bedroom with a Queen Bed. You will also find a bathroom.
To the left is the main bedroom and ensuite and laundry.
Go out the back door to the outside area where you will find the BBQ and outdoor table and chairs.
At the front of the home is a large grass area. Private and safe for kids to kick a ball.
Just a short walk to the Beach.
