This new, bright, sunny, and open mountaintop home sits on a 7 acre site just 5 minutes from the Pala Mesa Resort and golf course..The home centers around a great room which features a 20 foot ceiling, expansive wrought iron balconies and includes a kitchen, living and dining area.The bedrooms have access to large private balconies with spectacular panoramic views. All hardwood and marble flooring exists throughout the entire home. Overstuffed leather couches and hand carved wooden tables decorate the great room and add to the style and luxury of the living area. This Mediterranean beauty features spectacular views of terraced avocado groves and flower fields growing on the mountain sides and valleys of the surrounding countryside. The distant south pacific coastline may be viewed both day and night. A variety of activities exist for young and old alike. Golf, vineyards, wild life, wine tasting, casino's, live entertainment, horse racing, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, deep sea fishing and ocean activities are available year around. This vacation property is California living at its best.
A gentle breeze fans the 2,500 sq. ft. of deck daily. The warm days and cool nights allows you to sun during the day and sleep in comfort at night. All bedrooms have private entries and are designed to take advantage of the breath taking views, especially the two loft rooms on the top floor which also is visually open to look down upon the Great room and kitchen area on the main center floor. There is a special room which is a very large bunk/game room with eight assorted sized beds that will accommodate additional guests and is well suited for children. The kitchen includes a six burner stove, double ovens, two microwaves and a long banquet/buffet with granite tops and dry bar. Hardwood flooring throughout with two double wide sliding glass doors and French doors in the dining room. Statues, figurines, shells and pottery adorn the house both inside and out.
Located just one mile from a major highway ( HWY 15) allowing easy access to Mexico, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Wine country and many other resort areas.

HOUSE LAY-OUT PLAN
Let’s start on the bottom floor.
Master bedroom has
1 Queen with a private full bathroom/shower.
Plus it also has a roll top deck to conduct business at if needed.
The 2nd bedroom had a king size bed and a TV.
The 2nd bathroom is a 1/2 bathroom.
There is a 2nd living room with TV, kitchen and dinning area on this bottom floor too.
Plus a sofa bed .. And a full sized pool table.
There is a door on this floor which can be used to close off entry to and from the center and top floor.
Main entry level, (center floor) located on the same floor as the main dinning room, main full kitchen, and of course the Grand living room,
and there is one Master bedroom with a king sized bed and private full bathroom with tub/shower.
There is a 2nd full bathroom with a privacy door between the Tub/shower, toilet area and the sink area for guests to use.
This main floor does not need to use any stairs to be in the main area/hub of the house.
Extra wide hallways through out the house, plus the main entry way doors are double wide plus all doors are ex-large to make movement easier for though who may need wheel chairs or walkers.
On the top floor there is a Master loft bedroom with a queen sized bed and a private bathroom with spa tub, two shower heads in an open air style shower plus a privacy door for a private room with bidet & toilet. Plus a private balcony.
The 2nd loft room upstairs has a king sized bed and it’s own private balcony too.
The 2nd bathroom on top floor is another full bathroom with a privacy door between the shower, toilet area and the sink area.
The 3rd room is called the “bunk room” which has 8 beds, 1 king, 4 queens and 3 twins. Plus it also has a TV and a foos ball table.
There is a roll top deck with a large viewing window to enjoy while working. Also in this work area on the top floor is a ping pong table for all to enjoy.
