The open living area provides plenty of seating and features a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The fully stocked kitchen makes meals at home easy and includes a dual-style coffee maker with both drip and pod options (please bring your preferred grounds or pods). Sliding doors lead out to the private deck, furnished with seating for four—an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
The condo offers a flexible sleeping layout. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed plus an additional Queen bed—perfect for kids or extended family. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.
After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.
