Positive: Last-minute reservation... 24-hour reception... And the guy at the reception was very friendly and welcoming...
Negative: Anyway, at first they didn’t want to give me a second and third towel. But in the end, he kindly provided a second towel and a floor mat as well. Those should usually already be in the room for a comfortable stay and shower.
