This home will accommodate a large family and has plenty of room in the open floor plan with a large kitchen island, quartz counter-tops, stainless appliances. The family room has shiplap decorator wall and plenty of seating for the crew. There are 1 king bedrooms, 3 queen bedrooms, and a bunk room which features a tv area and that will fit 6 kids comfortable and give them a space to call their own.

Sandcastles by the Sea is a new gated neighborhood with mostly brand-new homes. It is situated center island off of Folly Field Road and is a great location to go to restaurants on both ends of the island. It is just a mile from Shelter Cove, and you can enjoy the new free Breeze Trolley that has a stop very close to Sandcastle's entrance gate. The neighborhood is a short 2 block walk to Folly Field Beach. Their is shopping, golfing, restaurants, and mini-golf arcade close by.
Bike riding is the number #1 attraction on Hilton Head Island. We have over 50+ miles of biking and hiking trails throughout the island. Leave the car behind and use the Breeze Trolley to get to Shelter Cove shopping and dining and jump on a connector to go to Coligny Beach
